RZNG for studios

Your studio,
in one app.

Booking, memberships, payments, workouts and rewards, in an app with your studio’s name on it.

Free. About a minute. No card. Click around your own app, in your logo and colours.

LIFTED’s app on a member’s phone: Good evening, Alex. Their next class, Afterburn on Thursday at 6:00 AM with Coach Philippa, and a button to view the schedule.
LIFTED. A studio. Its app, built by the team behind RZNG, is live in the App Store and on Google Play.
Their app

Book. Train.
See the progress.

Your members book, pay and train in one app, in your name and your look. No second app, no second login.

LIFTED’s schedule: the week’s days, then each class with its photo, coach and spots left, and a Book button.
Schedule. Book in two taps, with the spots left and the waitlist.
LIFTED’s Train tab: today’s Pump workout, Full Body Posterior and Hinge, in blocks with sets, reps and tempo to log.
Train. Today’s workout, block by block, logged in seconds.
LIFTED’s Progress tab: training days over the last four weeks, a 12-week streak, personal records and weekly volume.
Progress. Streaks, personal records and every lift over time.

Real screens from LIFTED’s app.

Your side

The same app.
Your side of it.

Coaches open the same app to a different side: the class, the roster and who needs a look. The TV on the wall shows each class’s workout.

The same app on a coach’s phone: Good evening, Philippa. The same Afterburn class, 24 of 24 booked with 2 on the waitlist and the roster one tap away, the week’s classes, and a few things to look at.
Staff side. Philippa, a coach, sees the class, the roster and what needs a look.
LIFTED’s gym screen during the Signature class: the body prep, then three blocks of lifts with sets and reps.
The real screen at LIFTED. Each class gets its own workout, and it changes when the class does.
Quiet classes

Fill them
yourself.

Some studios hand their empty spots to a marketplace app, at its price, for its members. You already have a list of your own: everyone who’s been in and isn’t on a plan. Tell the operator to fill them.

Made-up examples of the operator at work. Filling the three quietest classes. The operator lists the three quietest over the last three months with their average fill, then drafts a ten dollar class in those slots for the 64 people who have been in but hold no plan, and sends it on one tap to the 58 of them who said yes to texts.

  • Your price. You set the offer: ten dollars, a free first class, whatever fills the room.
  • Your app. They book and pay in the app with your studio’s name on it.
  • Your customer.Their details, their history and their next booking stay with you.

Running at our first studio today, by text. On RZNG it takes on each job as that part goes live.

Rewards

Show up.
Level up.

Every class, logged workout and PR earns points, at values you set. Weekly streaks and badges keep them coming back, and each new level adds credit they spend on their next pack or in your shop.

A made-up example. A member has 2,440 points. Checking in to a reformer class adds 20, logging it adds 15, and taking a class on her birthday adds 100, which passes the Committed level at 2,500 and adds 10 dollars of credit, for 15 dollars to spend. On the all-time points board, she moves from third to second. The member is on a 6-week streak, with 14 badges and 2 friend passes left.

The operator

Tell it. Approve.
Done.

Tell it what needs doing, in plain words. It shows you the plan, makes the change when you tap yes, and texts everyone it affects. It answers with your studio’s own numbers too.

Made-up examples of the operator at work. Covering a sick coach. The operator finds three free coaches who have taught the class, swaps in the one the owner picks, and texts the 18 people booked once the owner taps Confirm. Adding a class for a full waitlist. The operator finds three classes with a waitlist every week, adds a Tuesday 7pm class with the coach the owner names, and texts the six people on the waitlist first once the owner taps Confirm. Cancelling for a power outage. The operator finds the four classes and 52 bookings before noon, cancels them, returns class-pack credits and texts everyone that the studio opens at noon once the owner taps Confirm. Winning members back and moving a class. The operator lists the members who haven’t booked in three weeks and drafts a free-class text for them, then moves Saturday’s 9am reformer class to 10 and texts the 15 people affected once the owner taps Confirm. Welcoming new members. The operator compares September with August (revenue, visits and new members), then drafts a welcome text with a free class for a friend and sends it to the 17 new members once the owner taps Confirm.

The headline

The AI operator: it does the work, not the talking.

  • It answers with your own numbers when you need them
  • Texts from your gym’s number: reminders, waitlist spots and schedule changes
  • It drafts your promotions and email campaigns for you to approve
  • A monthly allowance of texts and AI, then pay per use
