This site’s “Build your app” buttons open our gym intake at forms.rzng.app, and we keep an early-access list. Here is everything we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep when you join the list
- The email address you type in.
- When you joined, the page you joined from, the exact consent wording you saw, and how many times and when you last joined.
- For 30 days, only to stop spam sign-ups: a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address, and the details your browser sends with every page (its name, version and operating system). Nobody with the database alone can read the scrambled version back as an address.
Why
To email you about early access to RZNG. Nothing else. We don’t sell or share your email, and we don’t add you to anyone else’s list.
Where it lives
In RZNG’s own database, hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services in Oregon, USA. Each new sign-up is also emailed to our own inbox, through Resend. The site itself runs on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs for a short time for security. When we email you, the email goes out through Resend. No form tool or mailing-list company holds your details.
The gym intake
If you use “Build your app” (forms.rzng.app), we keep what you type there: your name, your role, your email, your phone if you give it, the owner’s name, email and phone if you add them, your gym’s name, city, website, logo and colours, and any answers about how your gym runs. It’s stored privately with Vercel in Oregon, USA, and emailed to us through Resend, so we can send you your app’s link and follow up. The choices below apply to it too.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no ad trackers or analytics. If you pause the site’s motion, your browser remembers that choice on your device; nothing about it is sent to us.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only on a do-not-email list, so we never email you again. Ask and we delete it completely.
Your choices
Every email to the early-access list has an unsubscribe link. To stop emails about your app, reply to any of them. To see what we hold about you, fix it or delete it, email hello@rzng.app and we’ll do it within 30 days.
