RZNG for performance gyms

Your athletes,
in one app.

Force plate and timing gate results, programs, teams and parents, booking and payments, in an app with your gym’s name on it.

Free. About a minute. No card. Click around your own app, in your logo and colours.

Bold Athlete’s Data tab: jump height from the force plate minutes after the test, its trend, the percentile in the group, and sprint splits.

Testing

Results land
by themselves.

The jump or the sprint goes straight from the force plate or the timing gates into the athlete’s app, minutes after the test, with their trend. The coach sees who’s off their normal and who’s due.

A made-up example. An athlete does three countermovement jumps on a force plate, and the results reach the app by themselves minutes later. The third, 44.1 centimetres, is a new personal record. On the coach’s side of the same app, his jump chart for the season gains the point and his name shows the PR, next to a teammate’s sprint time and one who is due for testing.

Their app

Their numbers.
Their app.

Athletes see every result, their trend and where they stand. Parents get the schedule and the changes. All in your name and your look.

Bold Athlete’s app on an athlete’s phone: an urgent note that Tuesday moves to Norma Bush, readiness, today’s Strength and Speed session with a start button, live jump and sprint numbers, and Going for Wednesday’s team session.
Member. Their next session and what’s new, the moment they open it.
Bold Athlete’s Wall of Fame: the all-time trap bar deadlift board, an alumni record of 605 lb at the top, and your own rank.
Wall of Fame. All-time boards, alumni included, and their own rank.
Bold Athlete’s team chat: a pinned schedule, a moved session with Going and Can’t go buttons, and a coach and a parent in the thread.
Team chat. Schedules and changes, with Going and Can’t go.

Your side

The same app.
Your side of it.

Coaches open the same app to a different side: the session, the roster and who’s off their normal. The TV runs the workout with the clock, and your records between sessions.

The same app on a coach’s phone: athletes who need programming, with one-tap repeat and copy, who logged today with a pain word flagged, and how many said they’re going against how many are here.
Staff side. A coach sees who needs a program and who trained today.
Bold Athlete’s gym screen during the In Season Red team’s session: prep, split squats, flying 10s and the bike, with a clock, and a promotion for the summer camp between sessions.
A first look at Bold Athlete’s screen: the team’s session during class, the Wall of Fame between sessions.
The operator

Tell it. Approve.
Done.

Tell it what needs doing, in plain words. It shows you the plan, makes the change when you tap yes, and texts everyone it affects. It answers with your gym’s own testing data too.

Made-up examples of the operator at work. Covering a coach who’s out. The operator finds the two Friday sessions and 31 athletes affected, swaps in a free coach for both, and texts the athletes and parents once the coach taps Confirm. Booking overdue testing. The operator finds nine athletes who haven’t tested in six weeks, books them into Thursday’s testing session, and texts the athletes and their parents once the coach taps Confirm. Filling spring camp’s last eight spots. The operator finds past campers, under-14 athletes and the fall waitlist, drafts an email and an in-app banner, and sends them to 62 families once the coach taps Confirm. Putting this week’s jump records on the gym screen and moving a session. The operator lists the top three, puts them on the screen, then moves Tuesday’s 6am under-18 session to 6:30 and texts the 23 people affected once the coach taps Confirm. Sending the block report. The operator pulls the under-16 group’s jump and sprint changes since week one, schedules the group summary to the coaches, and sends each family their own athlete’s numbers once the coach taps Confirm.
